INTEGRAL VISION

In process inspection of the CRT Black matrix (complete CCD system and readouts, Inspection of Flat Panel Displays such as LCD, PD, FED , and ELD. Microdisplay inspection stations are available for LCoS VGA, SVGA, SXVGA and UXGA devices. Equipment consisting of a high resolution camera, integrated industrial computer, light source & optics and a multiaxis stage for part -under-test alignment.
